Short answer
Oozy’s Lab was made by Wackytoaster
Poki names Wackytoaster as the developer, and Wackytoaster published an official game page and launch post. Poki describes Oozy’s Lab as the developer’s first game on Poki. Wackytoaster’s own site lists earlier projects, so “first game ever made by Wackytoaster” would be inaccurate.

Wackytoaster published this launch trailer on June 3, 2026. It shows gameplay footage selected by the developer, but it is not a complete catalogue of the game’s current Worlds or Levels.

One important qualifier
First on Poki does not mean first game made
The wording on Poki has a platform boundary: Oozy’s Lab is Wackytoaster’s first game on Poki. The official Wackytoaster homepage links projects that predate the June 2026 Oozy’s Lab page, including Bumbly Bee, Rimebeard, and Super Squirrel Blaster.
This site does not infer a private biography, studio size, location, employment history, or development process from third-party descriptions. The reliable public record used here is limited to the developer’s own project pages and Poki’s credit.

Date terminology
Why different Oozy’s Lab dates appear
Wackytoaster’s game page is dated June 2, 2026. The Construct launch post is dated June 3. Poki shows July 2026 in its platform metadata. Those labels can reflect an announcement page, a forum launch post, and Poki’s own release or update metadata. This guide records them separately instead of choosing one date and hiding the others.

Poki's July 2026 release metadata is recorded separately from the developer page and forum launch dates. The moon wording is not treated as proof that every current level has the same completion condition. S13 directly completed the five tested World 1 Levels without collecting their moons.
